职位描述:
1、 Work with customers in Asia in case of complaints for products manufactured in another region: provide 8D reports, organize conf call, face to face meeting if needed, organize containment plan.
2 、Capture any request from customers in Asia (ranking, customer specific requirements, agreements,…), and make sure that all requirements are satisfied.
3、Work on a continuous improvement plan with the different regions in order to continuously improve Quality and Customer Satisfaction.
4、Make sure that we measure continuously the satisfaction of the key customers in Asia. Support sales team with dedicated improvement plan for these customers.
5、Organize reporting regarding Quality and Customer satisfaction in Asia (monthly reports, KPIs management, customer satifaction survey…)
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years in Quality department.
2. Needs to have good communication skills, internally and externally (direct relationship with customers)
3. Needs to speak fluently English and Chinese.
